Her career spans some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, including the Caribbean, the Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, Germany and Switzerland. With a deep operational background and a strong focus on pre-opening, guest experience, and performance optimization, Anica brings a holistic and hands-on approach to consulting for high-end hospitality businesses.

Having held leadership roles with globally recognized brands such as Six Senses and private Luxury Resorts associated with the Leading Hotels of the World, Small Luxury Hotels, and Design Hotels™, Anica offers expert insight into both resort and villa operations—especially within the Caribbean, where she has spent significant time leading operations in Grenada, the British Virgin Islands, and Anguilla.

A core element of her work is integrating sustainable and environmentally responsible practices into luxury hospitality. From eco-conscious amenities and waste management systems to community engagement and ethical sourcing, Anica ensures sustainability is seamlessly woven into every stage of operations without compromising the guest experience.

She is well-versed in implementing and customizing hospitality technologies such as Opera PMS, ALICE, HubOS, and concierge platforms, supporting digital transformation and operational excellence. Her multilingual skills and cultural fluency enhance her ability to work effectively across international teams and markets.
